White sage smudge stick

Our white sage smudge sticks are traditionally used for spiritual cleansing, purification and protection. Use for blessing new homes, removing negative energy and meditation and mindfulness.

How to use it:

1. Light the tip of the stick until it catches fire.
2. Blow out the flame gently to allow it to smoulder and produce smoke.
3. Waft the smoke using a feather, hand or fan over the area or person you want to cleanse.
4. Extinguish it in a fireproof bowl or sand once finished.

Safety tip: Always burn in a well-ventilated area and never leave it unattended.
